In March 2019 Paradigm Norton officially joined more than 350 UK businesses to become employee owned.
To explain why employee ownership was the chosen route for Paradigm Norton, Barry Horner, CEO, joins me to talk about the benefits and stability it provides to our key stakeholders: our clients, our team and those who founded the business.
I am also joined by some of the other Paradigm Norton team to discuss how the move to employee ownership will allow us to retain the values and service which drives us forward, and provides clarity of the future direction of the firm for decades to come.
