On business as a force for good and where true fulfilment lies – interview with Mark Cuddigan

In this episode I chat to Mark Cuddigan who shares his journey from tennis coach and DJ to CEO of Ella’s Kitchen and his passion for using business as a force for good.

Mark joined Ella’s Kitchen in 2011, drawn to a company whose founding mission is to improve children’s lives through developing healthy relationships with food. This purpose permeates the business to this day.

We talk about BCorps and the role that business, not just government, can and should stand for to change our world for the better. How doing the right thing and treating people well ultimately creates and builds a better and more successful business. We speak about how Mark is helping his children understand what fulfilment means and his most successful investment that has nothing to do with money.

Finally, Mark shares his best money purchase for around £30 and his Money Pearls of Wisdom, one of which might literally just change the world for the better for all of us.

Sit back, grab yourself an espresso (or drink of your choice!) and enjoy the conversation.
