Ruth co-founded and led The Red House, a boutique financial planning firm, which she successfully merged with Paradigm Norton in December 2017. As a Non Executive Director, Ruth continues to help Paradigm Norton be the leading purpose driven financial planning firm in the UK.
A well-known and influential member of the financial planning profession, Ruth is regularly asked to comment, speak at, and host industry and women’s events. She is Chair of the Institute for Financial Wellbeing and uses her wide financial wellbeing, business, and financial services experience to coach financial planning business owners.
Outside of work
When she’s not working Ruth can be found by the sea, at the theatre, dancing or engaged in a good debate over a glass of wine.
