Prior to joining Paradigm Norton as Systems Manager in July 2021, Edd worked for an award-winning estate administration firm where he was responsible for leading the development of a bespoke end-to-end client management system and onboarding and integrating third party systems to give everyone the tools they need to provide exceptional client service.

Whilst having a keen eye for detail and an extensive understanding of how operational processes interact, Edd always has the bigger picture in mind, delivering solutions that consider all business and user needs to ensure that all systems are enabling at all times.
