Refresher days are designed to ensure that the team are fresh and are constantly on the lookout for incremental improvements to our process and service delivery."

We believe that many people also make the false assumption that by working longer hours they can be more productive and can create additional capital.
They may create more financial capital but may miss out on the opportunity to build social and spiritual capital – time with their family and friends.
We will challenge the notion:

- That additional wealth can be created by ‘timing the markets’
