Tracy qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1988 and became a fellow of the Association in 1993. She attained her accountancy qualification at Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) where she was a manager. Tracy specialised in providing taxation advice to high net worth individuals, including Lloyd’s Underwriters and Trusts.
Tracy joined Norton Partners (now Paradigm Norton Financial Planning Ltd) in 1997 and has enjoyed working alongside her tax colleagues, Steve and Carolyn and dealing with the many challenges her clients bring to her. She has over 25 years’ experience in the tax profession and as some of her Price Waterhouse clients followed her to Norton Partners, she has been dealing with one or two clients for her whole career!
As well as dealing with the tax compliance for individuals and Trusts, Tracy, together with the tax team advise on all areas of personal tax, including income tax, national insurance, capital gains tax, inheritance tax planning, and tax efficient charitable giving.
Tracy is also a trustee and secretary of the firm’s charitable trust. The whole area of giving and philanthropy, which is of growing importance to the practice, is a subject which is very close to her heart.
