Human Resources Co-ordinator
Rachel is a graduate of the University of the West of England, Bristol, with a degree in European Law and Languages and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management.
Rachel has worked for Paradigm Norton since 2002, both in a client facing role and now as the HR Co-ordinator. She is responsible for reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and training and advising on a range of HR issues.
Rachel has worked in the areas of recruitment, personnel and training with organisations such as Arthur Andersen, Somerfield and Brann Direct Marketing. With a particular interest in employment law, Rachel plans to study for a post graduate qualification in that subject. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
