We constantly encourage new ideas within the planning team. We operate team 'refresher days' where we encourage time out to, as Stephen Covey says “sharpen the saw”. Refresher days are designed to ensure that the team are fresh and are constantly on the lookout for incremental improvements to our process and service delivery.

We have a philosophy of ‘develop everyone’ which extends to our support and operations team. We actively encourage all the team to personally develop and will pay for training courses and the pursuit of recognised professional qualifications.
